Something to Think About
The shepherds said to one another, \"Let us go, then, to Bethlehem to see this thing that has taken place, which the Lord has made known to us.\" So they went in haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the infant lying in the manger. When they saw this, they made known the message that had been told them about this child. All who heard it were amazed by what had been told them by the shepherds. Luke 2:15-18
The scene at Bethlehem always gives us \"something to think about.\" To all my beloved readers of RBWORDS, I assure you an affectionate place in my Masses and prayers on this 2007th Anniversary of the birth of Jesus! Please keep me in your prayers! I will be here at St. Catharine\'s for the holidays. December continued the process of moving to the Young House about 100 yards from my former dwelling. I also traveled to Dallas to the Southern Province novitiate to give some talks on the Rule of St. Augustine to our novices. December 28-29, I will go to Anderson, SC, to baptize Noah Samuel Beben, whose parents\' wedding I celebrated when they were my parishioners at Tulane.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Fr. R. B. Williams, O.P.
